Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All tours are fully insured, our vehicles meet international standards, and our guides are trained in first aid. We schedule every tour to get you back to port at least 1 hour before your ship's departure — often more.
We monitor all cruise arrivals in real time. If your ship is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time. There's no penalty and no stress — we handle everything.
After disembarking, follow the signs to the port exit. Our team will be waiting just outside with a clearly visible "Perfect Day" sign. We also send detailed meeting instructions via email and WhatsApp before your tour date.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. If your cruise itinerary changes and you can't make it to Costa Maya, you receive a full refund — no questions asked.
Yes! We offer private tours for families and groups. Contact us via WhatsApp or the booking form for a customized quote. Private tours give you full flexibility on timing and itinerary.
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or cash (USD or Mexican pesos) on the day of the tour. A small deposit may be required to secure your booking during peak season.
